These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of woapartments.com (the "Platform"), operated by WO Apartments GmbH, Schulwall 2C, 38300 Wolfenbüttel, Deutschland ("woapartments", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WO Apartments GmbH. By confirming the age gate, registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• "Coins" means the free virtual currency used within the Platform, which has no monetary value.

Because the Platform is free and involves no real money, our aggregate liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WO Apartments GmbH and its officers, employees and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may close your Account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and, where mandatory consumer protections apply, by the law of your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
